Vin en Vacances is a UK wine tour agency specialising in wine & food tours in the Languedoc-Roussillon area of southern France.

We offer a range of tours and below we have set out our terms and conditions:

Open/Group Tours
At the time of booking we request a €25 deposit from each person. The deposit can be paid into our UK bank or we can send you a Paypal invoice. If you wish to cancel your booking with 30 days’ or more notice we will make a complete refund. If you are cancelling with between 29 and 4 days’ notice no refund will be made unless a special agreement is reached. If you cancel with less than 3 days notice we respectfully ask for the full payment as by that time all the many arrangements for the tour will have been made. These arrangements involve third party’s who will have reserved their time and services for you and so we feel these conditions are very fair.

If you need to cancel and will lose your deposit or full payment you may be able to make a claim on your travel insurance. If this is the case we are happy to provide you with a receipt and confirmation that you were booked on a tour.

Private Tours
At the time of booking we will request a deposit which will vary depending on the size of the group. The deposit can be paid directly into our UK bank or we can send you a Paypal invoice. When you book one of our Wine & Food holidays we will send you a booking form that details the terms and conditions.
