Domaine La Veronique is a little piece of paradise. A beautiful stone built 17th century property with four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and set just outside Puisserguier, a mediaeval village built as a circulade around its castle. As a settled Neolithic site, Puisserguier has a history from Gallo-Roman villas, Visigoth invasions, down to the Cathars besieged by Simon de Montfort and pilgrims on their way to Santiago de Compostela.

Domaine de Puychêne is in the village Naziare d’Aude which is close to the Canal di Midi and easy to reach It has very recently undergone a simple but elegant renovation. The name was inspired by the well of the property and the oak tree whose leaves have shaded the gardens for over 300 years!  Today it’s a place of relaxation and a base for visiting a region so rich that one visit is never enough.  There are 10 cottages converted from the outbuildings of an old wine producing domaine to allow each guest to enjoy a holidays in bright, comfortable, functional spaces, elegantly furnished and opening onto gardens.

Le Petit Apartment is very close to the centre of Capestang and a few minutes walk from the canal. Its is a one bedroomed modern gite that can sleep up to 3 people.

Gites de Gabrielle is a bright first floor apartment, 100 m from the Canal du Midi and the central square of Capestang. It has been totally renovated with original features preserved where possible.

Château du Combebelle Rent a gite on a working vineyard in the Saint-Chinian appellation not far from Capestang. The Combebelle Gîte has a large swimming pool and is a south facing detached 2-bedroom house with large new kitchen, bathroom and spacious living/dining room which sleeps 4-6 people. A studio annex which can sleep 4 people in 2 bedrooms with its own shower/WC also forms part of the gîte. Situated in a vineyard location with stunning views, our gîte offers a unique holiday experience in the heart of the Languedoc-Roussillon. Situated 10km (10mins) from the buzzing town of St Chinian where you can enjoy the local weekly market on Thursdays and Sundays.

Château de Massignan is idyllically situated on a little hill right next to the medieval village of Saint Marcel sur Aude, in the Languedoc nature reserve. The Pyrenees, the Montagne Noir and the Corbières can be seen on the horizon. Enjoy your patio amidst oleanders, pine trees and cypresses, or beside the pool in the extensive gardens. Château de Massignan is known for its relaxing quiet atmosphere. Your English speaking hosts want Château de Massignan to be your recreational haven. All the holiday apartments are between 640-960 sq feet (60 – 90 m²). Each has 2 – 3 bedrooms and its own patio and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a dishwasher. All apartments have the use of the swimming pool and a small library and a laundry with a washing-machine and tumble-drier.
