For a very special dinner party we invite you to join one of our favourite wine makers to dine by candlelight in his cellar. Over dinner your host will entertain you with tales of his wine making career which began only a few years ago. Your dinner will be beautifully cooked for you by our own Petra Lutz of Fait Maison who creates all our fabulous gourmet lunches and dinners and the 4 course meal will be accompanied by our wine maker’s delicious wines plus wines from other producers of La Livinière cru.
French cuisine is at its best when it involves fresh produce that is locally sourced and cooked with care and attention and above all passion. Languedoc-Roussillon produces some superb ingredients; quality pork and duck from the black mountains, foie gras, truffles and wild boar and of course seafood fresh from the Mediterranean. If you have ever tasted a juicy, ripe tomato from the Mediterranean then you have already been seduced by flavour of the south of France. And add to that the delicious fresh fruit grown here, apricots, peaches, cherries plus gorgeous vegetables such as asparagus, courgettes and artichokes.
The price of this Private Wine Cellar Dinner Party ranges from €160 per person based on 8 people. Larger groups can also be catered for.
