We offer a range of tours, wine walks, wine tastings and wine pairing dinners and below we have set out our terms and conditions.
Payment
For multiple day tours/tastings we will request a deposit and the remainder is payable 7 days ahead of the service we are providing.
For single day tours/tastings we will request payment 7 days ahead of the service we are providing.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking with 5 or more days’ notice we will make a refund less 20% to cover the administration costs. We regret that with less than 5 days notice we are unable to refund you.
If you need to cancel and will lose your deposit or full payment you may be able to make a claim on your travel insurance. If this is the case, we are happy to provide you with a receipt and confirmation that you were booked on a tour.
If We Cancel
In the highly unusual event that we need to cancel we will make a full refund.
Agreement
By paying the deposit for the service you have commissioned from us you are accepting our Terms & Conditions.
Tour Itineraries
Please note that our tour itineraries are occasionally subject to last minute changes should a restaurant or winery or wineries cancel or should the weather make it difficult to fulfill the itinerary. If you have requested a visit to a particular restaurant, winery or wineries and they are or become unavailable we will substitute them with ones of a similar status and quality and retain the right to do so.
Complaints Procedure
We are proud of our quality service and work hard to ensure our high standards are maintained and therefore although they are rare, we take complaints very seriously. Should you be unhappy with anything during your tour it is essential that you mention this to your guide or to one of our Customer Experience Team immediately and whilst the tour is ongoing so as to give us a chance to rectify the problem straight away. It is important that you follow this procedure and respectfully inform you that if we are not given the chance to put things right whilst you are with us, we retain the right to choose not to take responsibility for a problem after the event. However every complaint will be investigated and if its nature made it impossible for you to inform us during the tour we will take full responsibility.
