We offer a range of tours and below we have set out our terms and conditions:
At the time of booking we request a €25 deposit from each person. The deposit can be paid directly into our bank or you can use the excellent services of Transferwise or we can send you a Paypal invoice. If you wish to cancel your booking with 30 days’ or more notice we will make a refund less 10% to cover the administration costs. If you are cancelling with between 29 and 4 days’ notice no refund will be made unless a special agreement is reached. If you cancel with less than 3 days’ notice, we respectfully ask for the full payment to be made as by that time all the many arrangements for the tour will have been made. These arrangements involve third parties who will have reserved their time and services for you and so we feel these conditions are very fair.
If you need to cancel and will lose your deposit or full payment you may be able to make a claim on your travel insurance. If this is the case, we are happy to provide you with a receipt and confirmation that you were booked on a tour.

If We Cancel – In the highly unusual event that we need to cancel the tour we will refund your deposit.
Agreement – By paying the deposit for your tour you are accepting our Terms & Conditions.
Wine & Food Holidays
When you book one of our Wine & Food holidays we will send you a booking form that details the terms and conditions.
