In addition, each wine is explained in an accessible and engaging way — no jargon, no formality, just good wine and good conversation.
To accompany the wines, we also provide a generous grazing platter of local cheeses, artisan charcuterie, olives, and fresh bread — the perfect complement to an afternoon or evening of tasting. Furthermore, the eight wines are left with you after the tasting to enjoy at your leisure over the rest of your stay. In other words, there’s no need to rush — savour them at dinner, on the terrace, or wherever the mood takes you.
